New York

Chris and I recently took a trip to New York for my friend Heather's wedding. This was the first time I had been away from Calleigh for more than a day and Cameron since was 15 months old. It was alot of fun, but it was hard to being without the kids. It felt weird to want to do something and not have to plot around bedtimes and eating habits. Needless to say I missed them. It was so exhausting that I was ready to get home. I feel like I am still catching up and it was almost 3 weeks ago. Here are some of the things we did on our visit. We stayed in the city one night and the wedding was on Long Island so we stayed there 3 nights. We didn't really do much in the city. Mostly we hung out with Berni and Peter, good company, fun times. We did go to a Mets game and eat some good food. I love New York!

Helping Pack

Calleigh found this scarf while I was packing for New York and knew exactly what to do with it. She crawled around with it forever.

Wanted- Babyproofing

Calleigh is extremely curious. We never really baby proofed for Cameron, because well we never really needed to. He had cabinet he knew he could play in and somehow he stuck to those cabinets. He also understood the word no and usually listened. Sister is a whole different story. She laughs at the word no and does it anyway. I am not sure what to do with her, but I know we are going to baby proof this weekend.

Washing the Green Monster

Cameron wanted to wash his 4 wheeler because Chris was washing his bike. It was really cute. We call it the green monster because he was so terrified of it for a whole year. Nana and Papa bought it for Christmas and it literally took him a year to not scream when he saw it. Now that he loves it, he is too big for him. Crazy kid!
