Update

I could probably blog about every single thing Cameron does these days. He is getting so smart it amazes me. I am sure he is just a regular little boy, but everything is so special to mom. I actually had to fight bad tears after I dropped him off at mom's day out. Okay, one slipped out, but nobody saw! He loves NASCAR, which is CRAZY because Chris and I don't watch it or know anything about it. We now tivo it and sit with him to watch it. He picks up on everything, he has even chosen a favorite driver in Kyle Busch. When we watch it he says, I like Kyle Busch. I guess they talk about him alot so Cameron picked a named it was easy for him to say. Who knows? He also likes to watch the Rangers, except for he thinks every baseball team is the Rangers. He will sit there with me and watch it and say oh man and good pitch. If they get a strike he says, oh, mick it. (which is code for missed it) We are looking forward to his second birthday although I cannot believe it is only 14 days away? Where does the time go? The next thing I know he will be off to college saying mom, don't cry, you are embarrasing me. Calleigh is now in the middle of her 32nd week. She is getting big, and so am I. I am really looking forward to her birth although I am not quite ready. I am trying not to think about it so it will come quicker. Now that I am done with my classes, I don't know what to do. Cameron and I play all day and it seems like I am forgetting to do something. As soon as I get my grade reports though, I can register for more classes. I am still holding my breath for that 4.0! Chris is gone for 3 weeks to a new store opening in Harker Heights. This will be his 5th restaurant with another one coming in December. He is super busy but enjoying every minute of it. Harker Heights is about half way between Austin and Waco and a little to the west. We miss him greatly but we are going to see him sometime at the end of the week. I hope everyone is doing well and I cannot wait to see you all. Hope you enjoy the below pics of Calleigh's room and Cameron in action. Much Love!!

Fatty has been keeping the cradle warm for Calleigh, despite getting a spanking everytime I catch him in there. He did the same thing in Cameron's bed before he was born. Once he was born though, Fatty would not go near it.

Nana is still working on the comforter but she finished the dust ruffle and we put up the bumper. Nana even bought 400 thread count sheets, because, you know, every baby needs that...

These are letters I am going to paint for the wall and bows I bought for her hair!

I guess he thought I didn't get them all.

I noticed Cameron had a booger after bathtime so I suctioned his nose. I started cleaning the bathroom and he took the suction. I went in the living room and caught him doing this.

Cameron started moms day out on Tuesday and this is right before we left. He had to take puppy for naptime. His hair was so out of control I had to wet it with a wash cloth and it still stuck up. He needs a hair cut papa!

just relaxing after a long day!

Although he wasn't too sure at first, once he discovered the race car, we never left from this spot.

He kept trying to climb up after the ball.

Cameron was not very good at skee ball, he only got two over the hump and for no points. He really enjoyed throwing the ball, though. We had to stop when he started throwing the wood ball on the floor and at other machines.

Cameron and I met some friends at Chuck E Cheese and this is the look I got when I told him to look at me and smile.

Cameron is testing out the swing Nana and Papa bought for Calleigh.

Family Update

It has been a little while due to the fact that I have time for nothing lately, although things are starting to slow down a little. I have my last final tomorrow so will be under alot less stress. I am 31 weeks now and starting to nest greatly. Chris has been really good about keeping me sane by just letting me do what I need to do. We have been working on Calleigh's room although we still have alot to do. I am getting really anxious and cannot wait to meet her. I have a vision of what she will look like but I am curious to find out. I don't think she will look anything like Cameron, I think she will have dark hair and eyes. We will see soon! Cameron loves nothing more that cars right now. He is saying so many things I cannot keep up. He tells me things that I wonder where he learned. We are trying to teach him that he is going to be two but he still cannot figure out how to hold his fingers. When he wakes up in the morning now, instead of crying, he yells mom!, until I come. When I open the door, he says "good morning." I just melts my heart. He is the sweetest boy. Even when he is in trouble, he wants to hug. Chris is really getting the hang of his job now and is doing well. He is about to have a new store opening and will be gone for about 3 weeks. It is only about 45 minutes from the house so I am sure we will be down there to see him alot. It really hit him the other day that Calleigh will be here soon and he is getting excited. We are still in Waco as we have had no hits on the house yet. Hopefully soon.

Cameron loves cheese!

After dinner Cameron was still asking for cheese. Since he ate pretty much everything on his plate, I let him have the rest of the cheese I grated. I know this is sad but I promise I have never let him do this before, and it was not much. He got every last piece possible.

Funnel Cake

Nana bought a funnel cake which Cameron loved. He mostly just sucked the sugar off but he did eat some of the cake. Nana likes to instill bad habits!

Mom and Cameron

He wouldn't smile but he at least sat with me for a picture. Please excuse the fat face I only have 9 more weeks!

Go Rangers!

Papa and Cameron at his first Rangers game! He was so good. There was a fireworks show afterward but Cameron told us "no like it." so we left.

I don't want to go!

We were about to leave and I was trying to get Cameorn dressed. He took off, ran in Calleigh's room, and sat in the glider to defy me. He is such a mess these days!

Like father like son...

Cameron is already getting basketball instruction from daddy.

This is Cameron's I-just-got-in-trouble-and-I-am-really-sorry face. So cute, how can you stay mad at that!

Mom and Calleigh

Please excuse the hair and makeup I was just about to work out. 31 weeks

Nanny and Cameron

Just hanging out with my Nanny. We watched cars and I showed off.
