Beginning of Week 5

Ok, last night I was feeling down because of the not so great weekend. Well, I rebounded well and did a 25 minute pilate workout this morning and went to the gym and ran 4.5 miles. I could have gone further but I knew Calleigh would be getting tired and Cameron would be hungary soon. Just wanted to let you all know I did not give up, not that I was thinking about it, I was just discouraged. I know in the past this weekend would have made me resort to old ways, but that was the past. That is also the reason I am not where I want to be right now, because of the previous giving up. Like the beast said, "We will not quit."
